A new health campaign in UK is encouraging families and people to swap their simple diets with something like diet drinks.

People who would sign up for this campaign would also get money-off vouchers for their groceries. Check more about this study  According to analysts this latest campaign focuses on consumers instead of food manufacturers which would help to reduce salt and sugar levels in their products.

 According to health experts a two liter bottle of pop contains equivalent of 52 lumps of sugar. Replacing sugary drinks with diet can help a family to save up to three quarters of a 1kg bag of sugar in a month according to the campaign organizers.
